Life Coaching Packages and Prices
1 month coaching package:
4 x 1 hour coaching sessions over the telephone, webcam or may be face to face depending on the situation.
2 x 30 minute target coaching sessions
2 coaching e-mails per week
Total cost for the package: £250
2 month coaching package:
8 x 1 hour coaching sessions over the telephone, webcam or may be face to face depending on the situation.
4 x 30 minute target coaching sessions
2 coaching e-mails per week
Total cost for the package: £400
3 month coaching package:
12 x 1 hour coaching sessions over the telephone, webcam or may be face to face depending on the situation.
6 x 30 minute target coaching sessions
2 coaching e-mails per week
Total cost for the package: £500
Additional packages will be £200 per month with all the benefits of the 1 month package, or alternatively £60 per hour session which includes 2 coaching e-mails per week.
Single coaching sessions can also be taken at £60 per hour but please bear in mind that a minimum of 4 sessions is optimal for great results!
Before commitment to any packages or sessions for life coaching, there is a free 15 minute consultation.
Meditation Workshops and Classes: £40 including a free guided meditation CD to practise with at home.
Life Coaching Workshops: £50
Teleworkshops:
£10 per hour session or standing order of £30 per month, minimum 3 months. Teleworkshops are live weekly conference calls on life coaching, Ayurveda & meditation accessible via the telephone or internet and recordings of the calls will be made for those who have registered but are unable to listen live. These are a great start to life coaching if you are unable to commit to a coaching package for now.
